Optimization& definition of consistent processes, development and implementation of standards&tools, independent planning, control& implementation of projects. Consultancy& support of service managers in service business development&methods application, as well in the preparation, implementation and tracking of strategies and business plans.

Development of a platform Service Strategy (Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden) and business plans in cooperation with the local management. Consulting and coaching of service managers in service business development and methods application to ensure efficient structure and processes. Conduct Service Analysis in each country to evaluate the level of maturity including result presentation and the follow up of actions.

Group Service: Business Development with focus on service controlling, business development, foreign internship at Wilo U.K - 3 months., international customer satisfaction (bachelor thesis) Group Information Management: Requirements & Project Management - focus on contract management and intercompany invoicing

Support for planning and control of budget processes e.g. forecast & year-end-closing and follow up, internal cost allocation of IT services, monthly reporting, administration of the contract management, project management & -controlling.
