Established intensive research evaluating different methods to optimize and automate the manufacturing process of contact disks. Optimized the manufacturing process of contact disks, resulting in a 10% reduction in production time and a 40% reduction in production cost. Developed an Image processing software applied to automate the quality inspection process and detect defects in less than 1 millisecond. Designed and integrated a new CNC tool holder that reduced production time for 3 types of contact disks.

-Collaborated in a market research study for 6 regions for medium voltage switchgear and medium voltage components retrofit solutions. -Facilitated the design of mechanical and electrical components for 3 different types of switchgear. -Optimization of drawings by means of CAD software for retrofit solutions and switchgear.

This internship was done BMW maintenance department in Amman, Jordan, my tasks were: • Carry out preventive Maintenance. • Operate diagnosis and troubleshooting using BMW Integrated Systems technical Application. • Carry out Pre-Delivery inspection for new vehicles.

This Internship was carried at Mercedes Benz maintenance department in Amman, Jordan, my tasks were: • Carry out preventive Maintenance and cars inspection. • Helping in heavy maintenance such as swapping motors and gearboxes. • Operate cars software diagnosis and troubleshooting using Mercedes Benz Xentry Diagnostic Assistance System.
