Daily - Mornings: waking up kids, breakfast, bringing kids to school, prepare lunch boxes. Evenings: picking up kids from school, bringing kids to Judo/Tennis, homework (German/English), helping with dinner, shopping, entertaining and playing with kids. keeping in order and cleanliness kids' rooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and garden, washing and ironing clothes, helping during family or friends gathering, packing bags for trainings and suitcases for trips.

To consistently deliver the highest standards of customer service to all guests. Respond to escalated guests concerns in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing empathy. Listening actively, owning the issue until it is resolved. Provide services such as tracking missing luggage, handling lost and found items, making ships announcements over the Public Address system. Assist guests by managing accounts, providing information during the debarkation/embarkation process.

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing assistance on guest requests; Responsible for guest payments and accounts, cash handling, balancing a cash float and foreign exchange.
