>> smart cities Project – Responsible for the development of 16 China smart cities including Taiwan. - Yearly sales volume overachieved each year. - Localize marketing projects into China and plan Retail marketing. >> China Strategy – develop China strategy to prepare electric future. >> Conference – Support to organize yearly Global smart cities Best Practice Conference >> Building up a strong communication channel among HQ, BMBS and dealerships.

>> Responsible for 25 smart dealerships covering Shanghai, Jiangsu, Jiangxi and Fujian province, covering 1/3 of China total retail volume. >> Ensure each dealership monthly wholesale and retail performance, closely tracking order-in-take and retail invoice progress. >> Initiate monthly customer activities, brand campaign and KPIs with each dealership to ensure sufficient potential customer. >> Regular communication and discussion with major dealer groups, investors and dealerships top management.

>> Responsible for Sales planning, ordering, logistic tracking, vehicle allocation, Wholesale/retail tracking, stock management and wholesales/retail volume planning. >> Reporting – Establish smart reporting database and generate 14 different analysis reports. >> Dealer Margin system setup and yearly payout calculation. >> smart Operation process rewrite and responsible for internal audit issues.
