Making a plan to schedule the measurements requested by the developers or project managers, perform the electrical characterizations on the measurement stations (Static tests, Dynamic measurements, and Destructive measurements), analyze the measurement data before sending it to the developers.

Skills acquired: - Cleanroom wafer fabrication technology (Photolithography, Wet Etching, Oxidation, Spin On diffusion) Machines and Chemicals used: Karl süss MA6, HF acid, H3PO4 acid, Inotherm, ATV RTP - Measurement technique (4 point measurement, Van Der Pauw measurement) Device used: Keithley 2400, Jandel 4 Point measurement probe head

1. Analysing sample data from Golden Units testing before integrating test program into production line (Microsoft Excel, Quality analysis) 2. Designed test board PCB using Altium 3. Modify test codes to integrate a new IC into the existing test program (C++ and Perl; Linux platform) 4. Investigate miscorrelation of ADC test result between testers.
