I lead virtual and cross-functional project teams of Data Profiling Analysts, System Engineers and Training Consultants, coordinating the overall software implementation process of integrated library systems (ILS) for clients in 50 countries around the world.

I was a project manager of multi-disciplinary teams, comprising designers, software engineers, researchers, and marketers, which delivered innovative solutions in the space of social media, data analytics, expert finding, and information exploration.

I managed a R&D team responsible for developing a novel semantic search and tagging in Cisco WebEx Social – an enterprise B2B collaboration solution that combines the power of social networking, content creation, and real-time communications.

I managed teams that built personalized location-based systems (including mobile), and multimedia & augmented reality apps. I also participated in the design and software development in a number of projects.

I was a software engineer of Onity Integra – a control access system for electronic locks used in hospitals, universities, corporate campuses and government-military installations.
