-Contributed to daily operation and project management. -Helped CID members manage their own activities and establish local sections in Asia. -Managed the International Conference of Dance Research in San Marino, the International Annual Conference in Athens, and the Dance seminars and festival. -Established the Chinese CID website and design the website for Otero who is one of the most beautiful dancers inthe world.

-Involved into daily management of theatre, assisted the performance and operated the dance school. Organize the Music Festival in July, and participate in sponsorship and funding searching. -Established Chinese Website for Dora Stratou Theatre, responsible culture presentation for foreign Embassies. -Built up relations for theater with International Colleges, foreign institution, publish agencies. -Received journalists, Chinese Embassy, and Chinese Political Group.

-Practiced in three Academic Programs, worked in international academic research team, responsible for industry reports translations (from Chinese to English),context analyzed and primary reported. Collected, analyzed and coded data, wrote the primary report. Interviewed research objects and wrote reports

-Managed daily accounting operation, collected and organized accounting data and reported to department manager.
