Recruited to build out two €2.0M specialised accelerators (VC funds) focusing on E-Commerce and LogTech for challenged banking clients; Germany-based digital management consultancy; co-led strategy implementation to shape start-up ecosystem across city, comprised of start-ups, investors, and corporate partners such as Google and Amazon; 50+ staff.
