- Developing HR plans and policies according to the company’s business strategy; - Overall responsibility of recruitment process, executive search, headhunting; - Developing and implementing social package and benefits according to the Total Rewards approach; - Conducting performance/salary reviews with employees, one-on-one meetings, advising on pay and promotion; - Cooperation with financial department for processing of payments to employees, advising on employment law.

- Use of recruiting resources including online, networking and cold calling contacts to help identify and source candidates; - Creating job description; - Reviewing resumes for necessary skills and knowledge in relation to position requirements; - Conducting interviews; - Taking part in organization of corporate events and activities; - Providing ideas for development of interior HR branding; - Responsibility for office management and supply.

- Conducting researches to study social and psychological climate in the divisions; - Providing recommendations for executives to improve work efficiency of the staff; - Occupational psychological selection; - Working on prevention of suicide and deviant behavior among the staff in the divisions; - Drafting, organizing and conducting trainings with the staff.
