- Drive Asia projects plannings with internal senior stakeholders. - Define and deliver work package& schedule to internal stakeholders and suppliers. - Manage risk/escalation – Define countermeasure and Track follow-up action. - Develop and release operational process to internal project members and suppliers. - Guarantee product approval from quality department at Audi AG. - Incorporate with quality department to solve customer complaints.

- Drive project planning internally and with external stakeholders. - Standardize processes and communicate to cross functions internally and synchronize to external stakeholders. - Coordinate cross-teams activities between Function teams, Audi AG and suppliers. - Manage risk, problem and change. - Develop and maintain project operational guidelines. - Report project status regularly to project members and management. - Lead regular error walkthrough with suppliers.

- Define and engage work package& scheduling and align with project manager. - Drive, organize and ensure test activities execution. - Coordinate test activities internally and with external suppliers. - React and release countermeasure in case of incidence. - Synchronize regularly test status& results with cross-teams. - Support management testdrive.

- Develop test case with function specification. - Execute test activities with defined schedule. - Report test findings/bugs into internal error management system. - Synchronize test results in team.

- Develop local know-how process and introduce to China customers. - Build up product knowledge in learning-by-doing way. - Identify customer profile, analyze target groups and derive the right approach accordingly. - Provide pre-sale and after-sale technical supports. - Organize and release product Training& workshop to Chinese customers and Workshop with potential customers.
