Acting as sales support manager to the sales team on the market and implementing sales circular on Monthly bases.

• Preparing the weekly production plans for Adana Plant. • Managing weekly production meetings with Adana Plant by visiting the plant weekly. • Communicating daily with the sales team and following them to enter their orders in the system. • Checking all the order details before production; such as required chemical and steel availability, accessories & supplies orders, credit status of the customers. • Calculating the optimum level of raw materials and coordinating the Purchase Orders.

• Direct reporting and assisting to Commercial Director & Vice President. • Checking all the salesman quotations, orders and monthly sales figures. • Collecting the data of the sales team for UAE Region and making a consolidated report including Turkey Sales team data. • Reporting the monthly sales results to sales team and to Board Members. • Calculating the bonuses of sales team.

• Supplying wide range of construction products to the customers. • Visiting the customers on a daily and weekly basis to maximize the sales. • Coordinating the distribution channels to customers to shorten the leadtime of the orders.

• Working as sales expert where responsible for E.C.A & SEREL brands,(bathroom products; wash basins, faucet battery, ceramics) • Responsible for maximazing the monthly sales of the dealers. • Achieving the monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Driving the commercial campaigns with the dealers.

• Worked as sales represantative for REMS GmbH Machines. (Roll Grooving, Cutting, Sawing Machines,etc.)
