Main responsibilities(mechanical equipment scope 80MEuro): Category strategy creation(including cost structure analyses, competitive levers and target positioning identification), Rationalization of supply chain, Supply chain risks minimization, Cross business units spend consolidation, New suppliers assessment and qualification.

Responsible for the cost effective and efficient purchasing of mechanical equipment(steel plates, beams, piping, valves, supports, cranes, insulation, modularisation), prefabrication and engineering services, commercial negotiations, creating and maintaining key working supplier relationships including vendors from Korea, Thailand, and Turkey;

Responsible for the effective management of contracting department in power generation company, including target setting, KPI analysis and budgeting. Have lead procurement of the equipment and services (transformers, switch gears, site works) for construction new CCPP. •Created and implemented work instructions on the RFQ and tender processes, supplier evaluation •Negotiations with suppliers •Risk management activities, managed logistics and customs clearance.

Responsible for successful procurement of ground support equipment and systems for SSJ-100 aircraft, including partial leadership and coaching of 2 apprentices. Undertook full responsibility of the contract management until delivery of the equipment to manufacturing site, including logistics and customs clearance.
