• Interviewed 6 young entrepreneurs and collected detailed information of up to 40 products of their business • Designed and created different version of product catalogue for local market and international market • Provided on-site consultation to 3 entrepreneurs on improving production and marketing strategy towards successfully exporting food product to Europe

• Conducted market research for up to 50 different food products in Germany. Products include biscuits, flours and spices • Interviewed 3 HHL alumni, acquired deep knowledge about their food-retailing business model and value chain • Interviewed 1 specialist from IHK Leipzig about the process and requirements of importing food product from third country • Analyzed the information above and finished 2 research reports of 30 pages with tandem partner

• Mediated contradictions between celebrities and 3 in director group, reinforced smooth processing for programs • Settled 4 rehearsals and recording announcements properly to satisfy 5 celebrities’ time arrangement simultaneously • Collaborated in recording of “Go fighting!”, “Legends of laughter”,” Who’s the King”; managed relationship with 10 celebrities during working period

• Conducted candidate selection and Interviewed 50 candidates or characters for 5 variety shows, such as “The Next”, “Mamma Mia” and “Read the Chinese” etc. • Coordinated 3 director groups in 4 cities; clarified show’s form and theme to confirm filtering condition for candidates • Arranged 3 group interviews for appropriate candidates and completed 9 initial screenings in one week
