- Reporting to the VP Resources Practice DACH - Head of technology consulting and advisory services (CxO/VP-level advisory and solutioning) in Industrial IoT / Industry 4.0 for Resources industries across DACH markets, with a focus on Chemical companies - Responsible for Digital Plant engagements: Digital Operations, Connected Supply Chain, Digital Asset Management, Digital Twin, Connected Industrial Workers

- Reporting to the CTO Europe and since Jan. 2017 to the Global CTO - Technology advisory, innovation and system integration in IoT, Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation, with a focus on Automotive/Mobility and Manufacturing - Delivery of IoT and Digitalization assets: business & technical use case development; Digital reference architectures and roadmaps; migration to next-generation IoT platforms; co-innovation and (joint) GTM; setup of IIoT Innovation Labs (ecosystem, operating model, portfolio)

- Reporting to the VP Research - Led research & tech transfer IoT and Data Analytics / AI programs on Smart Cities, Public Safety & Security, Water Resource Infrastructure, Smart Grid, etc.; acted as Head of Agile product development (Scrum Product Owner) - Defined the IoT/M2M technology strategy, technology roadmap, strategic research agenda, and standardization roadmap; managed the company’s IP portfolio - Played a leading role in building and maintaining AGT’s R&D centre in Darmstadt (100 staff members)

- Reporting to Lt. Colonel - Responsible for the network and IT infrastructure at the 2nd Army Corps, Greece, serving over 200 senior officers

- Acquisition, technical coordination and management of large-scale European public-funded projects on 3G/4G Wireless/Mobile Networks - Research, standardization (ETSI Delegate), simulation, and prototyping activities - Technical Workpackage Leader in FP7 Integrated Project (IP) E3 (End-to-End Efficiency of 4G networks; 2 years, 19.5 M€, 61 FTEs, 21 partners, 11 countries), FP6 IP E2R Phase I and II (End-to-End Reconfigurability, 16-19 M€, 55-67 FTEs), and FP5 MOBIVAS (Mobile Value-Added Services over 3G).
