Facilitated training sessions for local staff and partners on MEL best practices, enhancing local capacity for project evaluation and adaptation.

Coordinated the creation of new PAs with national and subnational governments and development organizations such as CAF. Developed technical documents for PA management and monitored the outcomes of PA master plans. Facilitated constructive dialogue and fostered agreements among stakeholders involved in PA management. Applied adaptive management techniques to refine conservation strategies based on MEL insights.
