I am part of IT department at Yamal LNG, supporting, maintaining and implementing production systems, that collect, store and process data. Besides that, I spend a lot of time on creation new analytical reports and optimization the old ones in SSRS, work with contractors on integration solutions.

I provided technical support mostly for English and German speaking customers. In 2 years I became a product specialist (midline engineer) for the PI Interfaces and Connectors group (the PI System APIs and SDKs). My responsibilities included complex cases reproduction, communication with developers, documenting the issues and writing Knowledge Articles. I did field service jobs onsite and remote for EU customers. I provided technical trainings, boot camps for new hires and webinars.

I was a part of Janssen department and worked with diabetic equipment, My responsibilities included sales and distribution analysis of medical equipment market. I searched for new solutions to improve sales efficiency, developed analytical reports based on big data.
