Responsible for the trade marketing of the Modern trade channel. Prepare a full year plan for the channel and its sub-channels (Hypermarkets, supermarkets, Convenience stores & gas stations). Set the budget and control it over the year. Prepare and execute the yearly promotional calendar and monitor its impact. Develop and execute the in-store activities. Develop all the POSMs related to the channel and monitor its execution. Benchmarking vs the competition. Monitor the performance of the range.

• Analyze, prepare/propose annual contracts per Key account including Targets, Trade Terms & conditions, Visibility, promo Calendar, and investment. • Achieve the business objectives and targets per account. • Maintain high communication with Key Accounts managements and store levels. • Work with Trade Marketing on planning and executing annual promo calendar and visibility per account and ensure delivery on time. • Track and explore new opportunities to develop KAs. • Control trade spend by account.

• Working on the next year marketing plan. • Visiting all the marketing agencies that deal with the company to get a full orientation. • Market visits to the traditional trade stores. • Going in a field (Door-to-door) research project. • A full review on the NARTD beverages market in Egypt. • Attending a central-location (Ad-perview) project with Millward Brown. • Analyzing the retail audit and coming up with insights.
