As a logistics planner I was responsible for the supply of ESSO retail sites and customers in different regions of the United Kingdom (300-500 sites) in a timely and cost effective manner. I took full responsibility of ensuring optimal usage of the truck fleet.

Responsibility for resolving complex customer queries and feedback resolution via inward and outbound calls. To maintain customer accounts and minimize overdues. To complete back-office customer service administration/accounting tasks timely and accurately in adherence with internal/external processes and regulations.

Temporary trainee position Creating copies of invoices on request of the customers. Cancelling and recreating invoices if needed, making invoice corrections when errors occured.
