Finance lead of Paysense Acquisition $300m+

• Direct report to global credit CFO and FBP to International credit VP • Lead team of international analysts in UK, DE and AU • Support all international consumer credit expansion projects (UK, DE) • Drive short term forecasting and long term strategic planning • Ensure execution roadmap is accepted and delivered • Work with international cross functional teams to ensure investment prioritization rigor • Overview pricing structure and optimize margins

• Direct report to CFO • Improve overall profitability of deposit and loans with close working relationship to the commercial teams • Review and evaluate BD and M&A opportunities, analyze data room portfolios with initial evaluation • Crossfunctional work to create new partnerships (Germanwings/O2) • Support deposit product launch with full project control and business case financials • Improve strategic investment process and increase accountability

• Direct report to CFO and Indirect Sales Leader • Managing team of 6 people • Main business partner for decisions of the car financing channel • Increase margin and drive Auto Channel turnaround • Responsible for overall finance activities for Auto and RSF channel • Create sales bonus schemes to improve sales performance • Tracking and evaluating of marketing campaigns • Develop proposals for KIA Bank (captive relationship of GE Money)
