HR responsibilities as managing and posting according to the monthly planner, sourcing new candidates using recruitment websites as Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Graduateland and many others, building rapport and understanding with candidates that the company represents, assisting and promoting the company’s services to candidates, conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule.

Assisted in performing protocol activities, reception of parties, organizing receptions(International Charity Bazaar Warsaw 2013.), presenting the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina and establishing contacts with potential economy partners of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as the activities of updating documentation, making the official correspondence, filling out and archiving documents.
