We've grown to a global on- & offline community of 14,000+ engineers, devoted to empowering DE&I in the technology space. I lead our DACH operations since 2020. I vehemently believe that businesses globally need to do more to attract and retain diverse technologists into their communities. I exist to bridge that gap. Our goal is to inspire, empower and diversify the technology world.
