Responsible for boosting digitalisation of brick and mortar retailers through getting actionable insights with data analysis (>25 retailers generating $500M online a year). Directly responsible for quarterly eCommerce report of Steinhoff group to evaluate business performance, on-site user behavior and digital marketing activities. Supported colleagues from basics to advanced analytics focusing on web tracking technologies, tag management and data modeling according to business requirements.

Direct responsible for formulating Global Content Marketing KPIs (covering channels like Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat) and setting up reporting processes using SQL, Excel and Google Docs. Analysed and enabled Business development of a Global social network base of over 3 million followers. Point of contact for all local 12 country leads for Social networks in terms of ad hoc analysis.

Part of Global Conversion Optimisation team which enabled improvement of KPI optimisation for 12 countries and development of competitive Landing Pages Worked closely with web developer for landing pages projects' QA in terms of UX Analysed and monitored Westwing's onboarding campaigns for new members to ensure an efficient resources allocation
