Led full lifecycle of a $3M banking core replacement project: RFP, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation. Led UAT and UI/UX design for a client onboarding system.

During my time at KPMG, I gained experience in problem-solving , data analysis, and business process optimization. Additionally, I improved my ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, enhanced my communication skills with clients and stakeholders, and learned to manage and interpret large volumes of data to support decision-making. This experience strengthened my analytical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced professional setting.
