Management of a support team consisting of Senior and Lead HR specialists within the area of HR/IT. Responsible for connecting HR activities in an international aspect especially in connection with the company’s expansion in countries outside Denmark. Responsible for securing that HR processes in the countries were done in accordance with HQ guidelines. In the period, I solve a number of different assignments within HR support from collective agreements in the Netherlands, through employee handbooks in new countries to process improvements for the HR office in the UK.

Chief of staff for the German entity and responsible for all kinds of support for the German CEO´s ranging from strategic assignments to head of the reception and secretaries. Main assignments were to increase maturity and secure alignment with DONG Energy overall principles in the relatively new German unit. I also had a strong role in defining the future strategy for the German Hamburg office.

Responsible for preparing and setting up the wind farm operation in Germany from scratch with focus on maintenance of three large wind farms (Borkum Riffgrund I and Gode Wind I+II). Responsible for operation of all DONG Energy driven wind farms onshore and offshore in Denmark, Poland, Sweden and France. The assignment was primarily to manage app. 100 operation and support employees, who were spread out in Denmark and to build a small operational team in Poland. The focus in the period was expansion and continuously adapting the organisation to make it capable of operating even more wind farms.

Responsible for management and development of aircraft component workshops in Denmark, Norway and Sweden consisting of app. 750 employees organized in 8 workshops plus a planning staff.
