1- Defining requirements gab analysis and project test strategy 2- Defining Testing Plan and Preparing Requirement trace-ability matrix 3- Design Test Cases & perform peer review on other TCs 4- Preparing Testing daily status reports and share it with all project stakeholder 5- Managing & Coordinating UAT testing phase.

1-Reviewing SOW (Scope Of Work) and business new customization requirements. 2- Defining requirements gab analysis and project test strategy 3- Defining Testing Plan and Preparing Requirement trace-ability matrix 4- Design Test Cases & perform peer review on other TCs 5- Managing/Leading testing vendor team and monitor their daily progress 6- Defining SIT exit criteria and preparing testing closure report.

1- Review and analyze the project requirement 2-Create the test schedule (tasks, dependencies and assigned team members). 3- Performing Field tests (Throughput/Network searching and registration/Call connection rate). 4- Performing Function tests on 3rd party application , reporting Bugs, Recording Android logs. 5- Consolidate and report test results to the concerned stakeholders.

1-Acting as a first line of support to all VF Egypt internet users' inquiries (technical / billing) 2-Trouble shooting for 3G and 2G problems and make report for Core network Team 3-Handle urgent problems with vodafone ADSL sites all over the Egypt

1-Communicates with customers, using the latest technology and web based tools 2-Tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. 3-Troubleshoot ADSL connections dynamic IP. 4-Training for troubleshoot Mail, Domain, Hosting, static IP and family filter problems
