Led a team of 6 IAM engineers supporting major enterprise customers and business-critical IAM environments. Served as primary technical contact for production-down incidents, leading troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and service recovery. Supported NetIQ eDirectory and Identity Manager, production deployments, patching and upgrades. Managed Oracle/PostgreSQL upgrades and backups and collaborated with engineering teams to resolve complex IAM issues.

Provided advanced technical support for enterprise NetIQ eDirectory and Identity Manager environments. Designed and analyzed IDM driver policies and access-control rules, resolving identity synchronization, authentication and application-integration issues. Managed X.509 certificates and TLS configurations for secure IAM communication. Analyzed Java-based IAM components and collaborated with engineering teams on root-cause analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.

Used to work on Network Vulnerability Assessment and find Web application vulnerabilities. I used to work on Kali Linux, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, Nessus, Bash shell scripting, CISCO packet tracer, Burp Suite.

I used to give technical training and preparing LABs on CEH "Certified Ethical Hacking v10" and CHFI "Computer Hacking Forensics Investigator" certification modules.
