Leading a global team of 8 engineers and experts in blow molding and injection molding tools. This department defines tools specifications, develops standards and technical concepts for Blow Molding and Injection Molding technology. - Write Statement of Work documents for tooling and machines. - Project management with suppliers, from quotation phase to installation at production facility. - Deliver work preparation and service instructions for field engineers and technicians in our production facilities.

Responsible for new product introduction and industrialization of production lines for Toyota, GM and Ford. Leading a team of 3 engineers and 3 process technicians to ensure the technical and functional feasibility of the products. Working with cross functional teams to ensure completion of targets for cost, quality and timing established by the project team. Track and follow up with vendors and participate in sourcing decision for new suppliers for machine upgrades and new equipment installation.

Coordinate change and planning of new product introduction with new manufacturing line and mechanical improvements with tight timing coming to the production plant. Project management of machine installation activities with production, logistics, IT systems, automation and maintenance dept. Implement lessons learned from global project, end user training for local employees and affected engineers on new machine concepts. Coordinate change and implementation of product design with manufacturing teams.

Technical support of programs from the quotation to the production phase. Develop production concepts for technical injection and blow molded parts. Optimize article design and process to reach calculated targets regarding cycle time and weight. Co-ordinate completion of production equipment according to the master program schedule. Project management, equipment design, process development, documentation and CAPEX management. DFMEA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP activities with other program members.
