As a CS at the Armoon Financial Service & Software (FSS) Group.I like to be involved and help others and I think I have the quality that make our customers smile. Recently i have start a new project as release podcasts and articles on our website about CRM and CEM which involve my experiences.

I Efficiently response to internal and external customer requests via phone, chat and email in order to resolve their requests and attend to their needs. I evaluate changing factors frequently to achieve high customer satisfaction level. I use data analysis to determine the level of customer service performance achieved by the team. I have been trained and learnt about customer support in high volume call center environments. I always try improve customer satisfaction and promote the company’s brand name.

I worked as a part time job in science and research section at university. Some cases like data entry and paper works for teachers and helped my supervisor to archive them correctly. I volunteered to help other sections too.
