AC- Coupling of Solid-Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) Modules: Investigating the potential challenges that could arise by parallel operation of fuel cell modules with grid. Power quality issues (harmonics) & the possibility of resonance. Developing Grid-feeding Inverter Simulink model & performing harmonic analysis. Measuring from the fuel-cell (SOFC) unit & performing harmonic emission. Comparison between simulated & measurement data and looking at compliance with grid code or normative requirement.

-Simulation of insulation conditions in overhead contact line systems for the electrification of heavy commercial vehicles in road freight transport (e-Highway) -Research of standards regarding the current status of bidirectional charging of electric vehicles -Developing an Excel based tools to determine the insulation coordination on the basis of applicable standards -Development activities in the field of Electromobility -Literature and Norm Research -Documentation of the Project reports

Works with Energie Innovation Department and assists in literature Survey, researching and figure out possible answers to research questions in the domain of electromobility focussed on Charging infrastructure topologies, Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) feasibility studies supporting grid in terms of Ancillary services, charging profile modeling, Smart grids, Demand-side Management (DSM) with the integration of electrified transport sector and renewable energies (RES) as Distributed Generation (DG).
