Responsible for setting up the complete project process (Project folder structure, Estimation template, checklist, MOM format, SOW format, weekly meeting etc.), Project tracker, Monitor and timely delivery of product design to client. Interact and communicate with international customer for project initiation, discussion, status updates, documentation, standards for ensuring the quality deliverables. Product design by using tooling experience for polymer concrete, plastic mold, Die casting and Sheet metal.

Concept design & brainstorming session conducted for various product design mechanisms. Product design by using Hand sketches & Pro-e Models for the mechanical concept generation with manufacturability & maintaining BOM for prototyping. Preparing engineering documentation & control function. Reverse engineering by creating the concepts for mechanical components Product design by using tooling experience for plastic mould and die casting.

Preparing & converting conceptual product layouts into engineering drawings received from the Marketing Department. Mould design for watch components & strap design. Creation of 3Dmodel for Proto typing using Pro-E along with BOM Designs for Manufacturing of Prototypes, Plastic Product design, Sheet metal, Jigs & Fixtures using Pro-E. Coordination with vendor & cross functional team
