 Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of production planning (with planning of bespoke product production in particular)  Performing general quality control procedures and carrying out daily production function  Consistently monitoring and adjusting production schedules to observe minimal wastages during flow of components from operations to operations  To transfer designs into series production and modifying product designs.  Implementing lean strategies to overcome bottleneck areas.

 Supporting production department staffs to meet daily manufacturing function and quality issues  Participating in kaizan and continues improvements projects to identify high cycle time operation and mistake proofing  To prepare and analyze production reports on hourly/daily basis

 Approaching new clients and presenting services such as lean, automation solution, material handling, and time and motion study in and around operations and benefits of lean tools  Preparing statistical reports on data collected from various industries to provide best spoken solution  Training client’s employees on 5S, mistake proofing and how to deal with the issues on shop floors  Suggesting new techniques on product development and designs solution
