To strengthen our team, we are looking for a colleague (m/f/x) for Technical Support – Wurm Applications & CO₂ Refrigeration Systems to join our Wurm Hotline as soon as possible – based in Altenstadt (Hesse), Hamburg or working from home.

What you can expect
Technical support for:
Refrigeration and control technology in existing and new systems
Remote maintenance systems
Software applications for control technology
Internal technical and commercial departments
Processing customer inquiries (phone and e-mail)
Administrative tasks related to control technology (software)
What sets you apart
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or refrigeration technology
Practical experience in commissioning and servicing CO₂ refrigeration systems
Experience with Wurm control devices and FRIGODATA
Basic knowledge or strong interest in network technology
Independent, structured and team-oriented working style
Confident handling of MS Office
Strong communication skills via phone and e-mail
Excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
