• Management of the recruiting process in coordination with the specialist departments
• Personnel administration including contract and certificate preparation, maintenance of personnel files as well as internal and external correspondence
• Preparation of the monthly payroll for forwarding to the external service provider
• Maintaining time recording and vacation management in our system
• Advice and support for specialists and managers in all personnel-related issues
• Preparation and evaluation of HR figures, evaluations and statistics
• Fleet and insurance management
• Participation in various HR projects and special topics

• Completed commercial education or completed business studies with a focus on personnel
• Several years of professional experience in operational personnel support
• Safe use of MS Office
• reliable and independent way of working
• Distinctive consulting and communication skills as well as assertiveness
• Very good German and fluent English skills round off your profile
