The Role

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building the company’s data lake architecture on AWS. You’ll work closely with engineering and platform teams to develop robust data pipelines and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimise data lake architecture on AWS

Develop scalable data processing pipelines

Work with distributed messaging systems using RabbitMQ

Collaborate with the wider platform and engineering teams

Support data integration and cloud infrastructure initiatives

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and Pandas
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience working with RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies
• Fluent German language skills (mandatory)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
