Application & Support Engineer

Location: Onsite, Geneva / Nearshore EU

We are seeking an experienced Application & Support Engineer to support the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical business applications and services within a complex enterprise IT environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide 2nd and 3rd level application support in a complex enterprise environment.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data-related issues.
Support operational processes, system monitoring, and service continuity.
Collaborate with development, technical, and business teams on incidents and releases.
Contribute to testing, documentation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure high-quality support and timely resolution of service requests. Your Profile

• 5+ years' experience in application support and production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and 3rd-level support.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software release processes.
• Knowledge of data management and XML processing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
• Experience with AWS-hosted applications is a plus.
