 Directed the end-to-end manufacturing of AH-64 Apache fuselage assemblies and Boeing commercial program components (737 VFIN, 777 ULB), ensuring consistent delivery with <2% deviation on delivery schedules.  Orchestrated planning and materials procurement via SAP, MRP, and BOM systems, enhancing inventory accuracy and achieving measurable cost savings.  Scaled a 250+ workforce, championing multi-skill training frameworks and agile team structures to meet increasing program volumes.

 Played key role in the New program industrialisation for MAKE in INDIA for Lockheed Martin for C130 J empennage structures, including pre-production planning, shop layout, JIG and fixtures erection, manpower planning, and training

 Managed structural assemblies of SU-30 aircraft, overseeing Front, Centre, and Rear fuselage lines during Phase 4 production.  Designed shop floor layouts for better lean process flow and managed fitment checks using high-precision jigs and fixtures.  Developed a Project on a fully operational Fuel Tank Testing Station and led team training in aircraft structural integrity best practices.

 Delivered comprehensive component designs for automotive interiors using CATIA V5, ensuring manufacturability and design optimisation.  Worked closely with project teams to prioritise deliverables and adhere to project timelines.
