- Handle complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes and training clients, leading to more positive feedback. - Efficiently communicate clients' needs to the engineering team. - Collaborate with a team of 5 to build and develop our CRM to help better serve 300 customers across two countries and contact customers to train them on using the software. - Utilize CRM platforms to service 20+ clients daily and work with the sales team to identify pain points and marketing opportunities.

- Supervise the creation, update, and monitoring of the website and its performance resulting in over 100 daily new client contact. - Carry on all daily back-end operations of the website. - Manage company emails and communicate with ten business partners a day. - Handle all social media accounts and supported ad campaigns resulting in hundreds of new followers.

- Work with academic institutions to deeply understand study programs and target audiences. - Establish new contacts and answer new client requests to achieve the recruitment targets. - Provide professional advice to prospective students and complete the admission process with them. - Act as a concierge for clients and help them establish their life in Ukraine.
