Reported to Division President/CEO and Chief Supply Chain Officer. Responsible for wing-2-wing supply chain. Mandate: improve customer experience, significantly improve cash utilization, reduce manufacturing cost, drive and implement meaningful organizational restructuring while creating synergies across organizational matrix. Total headcount responsibility - 1500 employees across 6 manufacturing sites.

Mandate: Develop and institutionalize Supplier Management across 2800 suppliers, 17 product divisions, 50 manufacturing sites, driving $19B annual revenue, ensure zero major disruptions on all New Product Introduction, improve delivered quality, as well as lead enterprise wide “high-profile” problem solving. Team comprised: Executives Supplier Capability Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering, Executive OpEx and Technical Problem Solving, Senior Director HR, Director Finance - 450 global engineers.

Mandate: Develop global product improvement framework, garner buy-in from executive leadership team. Establish & operationalize product performance KPIs. Reduce warranty and field recalls, initially in $7B General Imaging business then in rest of the $11B organization. Engage strategic customers along with business development/sales teams. Enable Quality/Regulatory Total Quality Management transformation. Lead team of Executive General Imaging, Executive Critical Care Solution, Project Mgmt.

Mandate: Identify and drive manufacturing efficiency and productivity across 4 business segments - Sub-Sea Systems, Turbo Machinery Solution, Well Stream, Measurement & Testing. Leverage advanced process technology, drive efficiency, productivity, and reduce manufacturing cost. Align global AME team around meaningful manufacturing technology roadmap, assist destressed businesses in developing improvement plans. Reports: AME Technology Managers, AME Specialists, 250 AME in business segments.

Mentor and provide guidance to senior most operations and quality executives - develop Improvement roadmap aimed at performance turnaround and product industrialization.
