I worked as a research assistant and completed my internship within the project conducted in the Medical Sensors and Devices Laboratory at the Biomedical Engineering Department in Luebeck University of Applied Sciences. The project covers the process of developing and evaluating of a concept relating to the safety of a blood analysis system.

- Provide post-sales services including preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and debugging. - Renew and promote annual service contracts, conduct installation, and offer demonstrations for equipment and software. - Instruct and support nurses, physicians, and biomedical technicians with training on system safety and security. - Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for regular checks for new systems. - Liaise with suppliers for incident updates, system upgrades and more.
