Built the Heinz business in Poland from $1m to over $90m in sales through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. Key achievements: • Acquisition and successful integration of Pudliszki • Expansion into ready meals by acquisition of Międzychód and Wodzisław • Development/execution of a strategy for consistent 10%+ annual sales growth • Taking Pudliszki from a small regional brand to become truly national • Implementation of a major restructuring initiative reducing factory headcount by 30%

Working from the Warsaw office, responsible for managing strategic consulting projects for multinational corporations and leading polish firms. Successful projects included: • Preparation/execution of restructuring for Famed, a Polish medical equipment firm • Russia (Urals) - selection of investment opportunities for a fund backed by the EBRD

As a member of the East European Services Group in London assisted a number of clients with strategic development in Central & Eastern Europe.
