I organised and attended numerous exhibitions such as the following: Label Expo Europe, Label Expo USA, Print Pack International Thailand and DRUPA Germany.

    I oversaw the development and manufacture of the first prototype ‘FLEXOR’ machines. I led a dedicated team of 10 Engineers to develop a prototype product which is now sold worldwide. I wrote accurate reports through the detailed analysis of data alongside of contract specifications and keeping a communication log updated. I ensured that all projects were financially viable and introduced Lean Manufacturing to the production facility.
