Provide support related to benefits schemes; Review and recommend process improvements as necessary; Provide support to processing new hire payroll procedures and other general HR-related activities; Assist in addressing ad-hoc payroll and benefit queries; Provide support in the analysis of benefit surveys against the market; Support the wider C&B Team on any reward-related projects as directed by the global payroll or C&B leads.

Analyse and report financial indicators specific to Oracle's Global Recruiting organization; Analysing the costs incurred or planned by the Global Recruiting organization; Preparing cost allocations by Recruiter / Manager / Country / Region etc; Participating in project-related activities including, but not limited to, preparation of presentations in project meetings, dissemination materials and operations human resources best practices;

Contribute to the development and implementation of consistent reporting, control and audit processes; Ensure data accuracy and regularly building reports based on KPIs as well as a permanent reporting tool for the management team; Promptly inform management of exceptional situations such as high risk, high values or suspicion of fraud; Propose relevant KPIs; Control the relevant KPIs and set escalation levels for these KPIs;

Performing analyses based on proprietary data and risk management tools for money laundering and identifying situations to make recommendations and investigations; Presenting reports and analysis to the management team; Monitoring, evaluating, analysing a series of statistical data and information and implement decisions that have a positive impact on the loss-prevention team; Providing analytical support to ongoing investigations; Making the dashboards for the Hungarian, Romanian and Bulgarian boards;
