Fliit‘s mission is to make food logistics easy and more efficient. We have build a platform that brings shippers and carriers together to increase flexibility and transparency. I am responsible for all recruitment (product, business development, operations, sales and engineering) and to further build the HR team from scratch.

Additional role to my Recruiter role, where I focus on on Recruitment & HR-projects, process and quality optimisation.

Bonial.com, part of Axel Springer SE, is a leading drive to store marketing partner across Europe and South America. Bonial inspires millions of shoppers each month by connecting them with their favorite brands & retailers. Responsible for: - Full-cycle recruitment mainly for IT & Product. Also, Marketing and Communications. - Search strategy and stakeholders alignment - Candidate Attraction, Engagement and Experience - Setting up and implementing Recruitment SLA's - Organizing monthly meetups

Het Schoolbureau is a collaboration of independent entrepreneurs who actively contribute to match people with jobs at secondary schools in Amsterdam. After successfully completing my internship and thesis at Het Schoolbureau, I set up a few projects in regards to process optimization and was solely responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholdersmanagement and back-office.

Effectory is market leader in the area of employee satisfaction surveys. The organization is well-known for its flat structure and self-managing teams. Besides my own tasks, I was responsible for the HR-tasks in my team. In addition, I focused on process optimization, product innovation, personal development and coaching.
