I'm managing and responsible for three software development teams. These teams are R&D Team, Warehouse Management Operations Team, and Customs Operations Team. We provide software solutions to our internal and external customers. We started a new project that includes some high tech solutions (Like AI) with the R&D Team. We are providing software integrations between our system and customers systems like SAP, Oracle and their in-house built systems by various technique & technologies.

Making Call Center Solutions for Inbound & Outbound Calls and Predictive, progressive automated Dialer systems. Created and developed Turkey’s first automated predictive outbound dialer system (Known as in the market Call-Age for Avaya Telephony Systems.) Inbound Agent Management Systems, Historical/Live Call and Agent Reports, PBX Telephony Integrations between PBX and various Client Services S/W (CRM, ERP, HRM and similar their own systems) IVR & IVN applications development.

Developed Railway Transportation, Freight Distribution Zone & Logistic Village Management, automated container terminal area software solutions. Container Terminal Zone Planning for Import/Export priorities, kinds of containers and goods, Stacker Lift, Lift, Train, Truck, Trailer, Ship, Shipment, Multi Modal Transportation, Bulk Load Transportation and manpower/shift planning and managements.Those projects build on Oracle, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Linux based systems.

Land transportation, international logistics, warehouse management, container terminal area management software and solutions have been developed. Integrations produced between ERP, MRP, CRM systems of customers and our software.

Developing CRM and Planning solutions for manufacturing and construction sector. CRM Including Current Accounting, General Ledger, Stock Management, Investigation, Financial Management, Sales Management, Promotions and sales packages, Consumer Services S/W, Installation/Appointment and spare part stock management for whitegoods services etc.

I was working for IT Departments and consulting companies located in İzmir and İstanbul. I have been in these projects; human resources management, education systems, budget & planning, payroll, accounting, sales & marketing software solutions. These experiences are usually on DOS, Novell Network. Experienced databases are DBase, Clipper, Btrieve, Sequential file systems and programming languages are Clipper, Dbase, Turbo Pascal, Basic, Assembler, PL/1, RPG.
