I was mainly responsible for a Kanban project in the logistic department • Analysing supply chain processes at client side and internally • Defining and negotiating new Kanban workflow • Preparing rollout

I supported internal as well as client projects. • Content preparation of a three-day business meeting • Defining a new marketing strategy • Looking for alternative e-channels for a leading pharma company

The focus is on systemic leadership and technical outdoor skills: cooking, camp construction, project management, equipment know-how, orientation, safety. These skills are learned and tested in alpine terrain, with snowshoes, canoeing, sea kayaking and in the forest.
