My main responsibility was to handle the learning and professional development of customer's organisation workforce, equip them with the appropriate know-how and develop ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within their organisation. (300 development projects for multinational companies, 4 company key accounts summing up revenues of more than 100.000 Euro per year and more than 100 hours in 1-to-1 development talks with top managers)

My main responsibility was to help my customers develop their workforce, consult them on the best ways to do that and be a valuable partner for them in their HR development journey.(200 development projects, inovated 50 training and team building technologies and methods)

The main responsibility was to design and deliver training programmes for customer's organization workforce. (100 training and development programmes and work in different team setups on research and development projects in HR)

I was responsible for implementing the educational cycle for all members. This consisted in organizing and delivering trainings, seminars and conferences throughout the country, for 12 local committees.
