Responsible for the implementation of crises management strategy, policies and action plans based on the group security strategy and governance for new markets.

Provides coaching, direction and guidance in all matters involving risks and crisis management, loss and fraud prevention, threat assessment and security strategy to the Volkswagen in the region as well as the regional team. Provide protection for people and assets through corporate security and loss prevention programs, loss mitigation, risk assessments, investigation, policy development, brand protection/counterfeit and crisis management. Prepared and applied training programs and global security policies in partnership with the HR area. Conducted security assessments of key company locations worked closely with business unit leadership and global security partners to identify a comprehensive security plan

To establish continuing liaison and to provide for operational security cooperation between State Department security functions and the Private Sector. To provide for regular and timely interchange of information between the Private Sector and the State Department concerning developments in the overseas security environment. To recommend methods and provide material for coordinating security planning and implementation of security programs.

My role as a lecturer, was to provide to the students mentoring, coaching, lecturing and inspire them in all relevant topics related to the program. The growing importance of the corporate security function and strategy for the protection of Company's resources and assets and the importance of the Security market in Brazil requires from the Professionals working in this sector increasing training efforts, which comprise the knowledge of business management.

Was representative for the South America region, managing risks and security projects and operations throughout the entire region for clients. Key projects: contingency plans, investigation processes, audits, risk management, speeches and training and risk assessments.
