Managing the team of recruitment specialists, assigning and reviewing work, training, motivating, solving problems; Responsible for sales, presenting company`s offer, making recommendations, providing solutions; Recruiting, selecting candidates for technology, energy and IT related medium and senior-level positions, determining the strategy of search; Interviewing, assessing the candidates, presenting recommended candidates to the client.

Recruitment and selection of personnel for low-level positions; Preparing the recommendations, detailed CVs for clients; Organizing training, work tests, welding exams.
