I’ve worked as the Manager, Technical / Executive Recruiter for 2 of our biggest accounts, doing full-cycle recruitment and working directly and reporting to the company's CEO. I was managing the entire recruitment operations and handling all their technical job requirements in Asia-Pac and Scandinavia regions. I was also highly involved in business development, generating quality leads and initiating the first contact with prospect companies in the cybersecurity, IT and digital space.

I was assigned as a lead technical recruiter at Crystal Equation, working with various clients in Chicago, focusing mainly in the trading/finance industry. Previously, I was placed as a lead IT recruiter at our client ChaseSource, a staffing firm based in Houston, TX. I worked on a wide array of job requisitions supporting clients from various industries such as IT, BPO, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Energy.
