Creation of customized market evaluation reports on the payments innovation industry (e.g. mobile payments, fintech, e-commerce, digital banking). Research tasks involve the identification and benchmarking of key players and competitors, compilation and drafting of market news and articles, digital shopping experience evaluations and the collection of data on industry trends.

While assisting the Master’s in Project Management and Data Science (MPMD) program, I was responsible for the end-to-end student application process management and optimization and the main contact person for current and incoming students. Additionally, I was also in charge of the operationalization and management of the CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce) as well as the development of email marketing campaigns.

Responsible for creating monthly/annual sales reports, managing the current subscriber base as well as expanding it by identifying potential new customers and developing measures to reach them. I was also responsible for researching competitors´ alternative offers and monitoring and evaluating market conditions. Besides, while working at CPI, I had the opportunity to participate in research projects conducted by the company (e.g. investigation on essential facilities and monopolization in Mexico).

Throughout the time working as management assistant at ASB, a small-sized consulting firm, I was responsible for providing analytical support to the client´s financial activities. Among others, I was in charge of analyzing and forecasting balance sheets and cash flow statements.
